“ Service is fast and food is delicious. Recommend takeout as the restaurant is small and parking is tight. ”
“ Review for delivery only. My food came hot and fresh even though I it took a while to be delivered since I live a few miles away and it was rush hour on a Friday. The papaya salad was tasty and filling with the right combination of sweet and spicy and even came with a couple of shrimp on top. The spring rolls were solid and not greasy/soggy which is always a risk with delivery. Use the sauce for some extra flavor. The beef drunken noodles were the best I've had in awhile, the beef was tender with lots of flavor and the noodles were soft without being too gummy. This was my first time ordering from here and I'll order from here again. ”
“ Cute little spot in Fairfax. Speedy service, great food options, and very satisfying portions. Seems to get pretty busy so if you're dining in, recommend coming at odd hours or making a reservation. ”
“ The food is always fresh and delicious, and the people are so friendly. I frequently recommend Happy Thai and everyone loves it. ”
“ Great Thai food with a super friendly service. I ordered fried tofu with peanut sauce for appetizers; very crispy, and Pad See Ew for the main dish; soft noodles and flavorsome seasoning, all reasonably priced. I definitely recommend this place. ”
“ Located on Lee Highway very close to Mosaic. Happy Thai is one of my go to places for Thai food. They have a small parking lot right in front. I always appreciate the friendly service, variety, and delicious food. Drunken noodles, pad thai, pad see ew, basil fried rice are all in my recommendations for this place. Don't judge the book by its appearance! The buildings around here do indeed look sketchy and old, but when you come inside, it is cozy. There are not that many seats as many people do take outs here. I think that eating at the restaurant in person is much better! ”
“ One of my favorite thai restaurants in the dmv! It's a hidden gem tucked away in an unassuming shopping center. The food is consistently good! Crispy duck kapow - The flavors are so good, but I wish it was crispier. Papaya salad - Love that it comes with grilled shrimp. It has the perfect balance of flavors. Khao Mun Kai Tod - I've never seen this at other thai restaurants. The chicken is so crispy and goes well with the sweet chili sauce. Pad see ew w/ fried tofu - My go-to! Can't go wrong with this one. The service is also usually good - no complaints. ”
“ One of my favorite local Thai restaurants, and it never disappoints! Every time I visit, the food is consistently delicious, fresh, and flavorful. This time was no exception. The dishes are always prepared with care, and you can tell the ingredients are high quality. Whether it's the perfectly balanced Pad Thai, the bold flavors of the Drunken Noodles, or the rich and creamy Panang Curry, each bite is a reminder of why I keep coming back. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere feels cozy and inviting, making it a great spot for a casual meal or even takeout. Happy Thai is a gem in Fairfax, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for authentic Thai food that hits the spot every time. Five stars from a loyal customer! ”
“ The simple but happy store name attracted my attention. So I called ahead and ordered a takeout. When I got to the restaurant to pick up my food, I was welcomed by a smiley lady and had a nice conversation while waiting for my order. I ordered Kapow Chicken with minced chicken but when I opened it at home it was not minced but sliced chicken. I was disappointed but the taste was very good. The papaya salad was also good. ”
